Are the prints framed?
Prints are supplied unframed unless the product page clearly states otherwise. Always check the individual listing before ordering.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page lists exact dimensions. Mark the size on your wall with paper or masking tape before purchasing, and see our Print Quality & Sizing page for more guidance.
Will the colours look exactly like my screen?
Screen settings vary, so printed colour can differ slightly from what you see online. Small variations are normal.
How do I know whether an item is physical or digital?
Digital items are clearly marked Digital Download in the product title or description. If a listing is not marked digital, it is a physical product.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging, and we'll help put things right.
